Round-table meeting 21 May 2019

Round-table meeting May 2019

Please be invited to the next CNAP Round Table Meeting on May 21, 2019 at 12:30 - 16:00, in room FRB 7D/2.106.

As a follow-up on the last round table meeting, we will this time look at the clinical counterparts of Science/Nature, i.e. The Lancet/New England Medical Journal. The purpose is to examine and discuss what it takes to get a paper published in one of these journals. Besides, we would like to discuss the documentation needed before such publications (e.g. registration of protocols, etc.)

Once more, you have been divided into groups (please find the groups below) and each group is kindly asked to arrange a short meeting (approx. half an hour) before the round table meeting. At this short meeting, the groups’ task will be to pick a paper from The Lancet or New England Medical Journal (or alike) that is strongly related to pain and neuroplasticity. The paper should not be more than 10 years old. Please send your chosen paper to Lone (lsar@hst.aau.dk) by April 28, 2019.
During the round table meeting, the groups will be given 1½ hours to prepare the following:

The groups will meet at 12:30 and then go to separate meeting rooms.  If you are not in a group, please join the discussion at 13:30.
